Husband and wife team ministering in Eastern NC, Matt and Mary Hannah serve at Garber Church in New Bern NC. Matt serves as the worship minister at Garber and Mary Hannah spends most of her time as a stay-at-home mom and homeschool teacher of their three children. Mary Hannah is an accomplished mezzo-soprano who has performed a wide range of styles of music from opera to jazz, and Matt plays a wide variety of musical instruments and enjoys composing and arranging. They stay active in the life of the church and participate in various ecumenical ministries (including the New Bern BURN 24/7 worship community). In their free-time they enjoy reading, games, theater, as well as cooking good foods and sharing meals between friends and family. Their musical tastes are widely varied, but their favorite artists include the Gray Havens, The Gettys, I Am They, People & Songs, and Rend Collective.
